The SoCC builds meaningful partnerships to address the needs of families, children and community members.

The GESD System of Care Center is an essential pillar of support, fostering resilience, well-being, and equity for all. At the heart of the GESD SoCC is a powerful framework driven by three core values:

Supporting and Building Strong FamiliesThe SoCC offers a broad range of services, from mental health care and social services to vocational and recreational programs. This holistic approach ensures families receive the comprehensive support needed to improve their quality of life.

Interagency CollaborationThe SoCC partners with numerous local organizations, creating an integrated support system that spans healthcare, education, social services, and beyond. These collaborations ensure that the center's services remain sustainable and relevant to the evolving needs of the community.

Shared Responsibility to Raise Awareness: The SoCC actively engages the community through outreach and collaborative events, driving awareness and ensuring families have continuous access to vital services. Their proactive approach increases engagement and maximizes the reach of their efforts.
